Specialised bra helps reduce radiotherapy burns in breast-cancer patients

A new bra made for breast-cancer patients is helping mitigate the side-effects of radiotherapy. “It creates what we call a bolus effect, so the radiation dose is higher,” said Suzanne Rossel, a radiation oncology technologist and one of the creators of the Rad.Onc.Bra.
